A Polish inventor has developed the project of a special vehicle for burning rubbish on its way to a waste dump. The main advantage is that the solution will reduce the volume of waste collected on waste dumps. The inventor is looking for manufacturing or license agreements and joint further development.

Currently all garbage trucks, collecting rubbish, transport it to waste dumps in the same form as it was loaded to the garbage truck.
Every year the amount of the waste increases. Cost of utilization increases accordingly. The problem lies also in finding a place for new waste dumps.
Garbage truck, which burns the rubbish goes in this way: the rubbish, which is loaded to the garbage truck is subject to process of burning. In Garbage truck, which burns the rubbish a double-sided loading is applied. The rubbish, which is loaded through the upper holes, drops onto the grid, which is situated over the floor of the burning chamber. Under the grid there are pipes with the openings, which supply the air, a necessary factor in the process of burning. The air is delivered from the outside by the means of a ventilator. In Garbage truck, which burns the rubbish a gas burning applies. Rubbish collected in the chamber is set on fire by the means of heating nozzles placed in the truck ceiling. Additionally there are also water - sprinklers, in case of uncontrolled increase of temperature or ignition. Gasses produced during the process of burning are discharged from the chamber of burning by the means of a special channel, which is ended with a filter. In order to deliver the warmth from the room of burning, the room is furnished with a water jacket, in which the circulation of water is forced by a water pump. After going through the water jacket, the water is directed to the block of the cooler, placed behind the box of the driver. The water cooler is cooled by the air, which is supplied by overhead and lateral air intakes. The water jacket additionally is isolated with mineral wool. After arrival to the waste dump, the driver has to end the process of burning by the means of turning on the sprinklers and opening the back bulkhead and crowding out the ash and the remains of the rubbish from the room of burning by the means of a mobile plate, which is placed on the tracks.
The plate is powered by two electromagnets: a front one and a back one. The front electromagnet has a different pole, than the back one. The plate is placed next to the front electromagnet, but while crowding out the ash and the remains of the rubbish, the front electromagnet is pushing away the plate and the back electromagnet is drawing up the plate. After making the room of burning empty, switching poles of the electromagnets takes place. Then the plate backs to the front electromagnet. The bottom part of the plate has shape of a comb. The plate pulls in the remains of the waste from the surface of the grid and from the space under the grid. The reservoirs with the gas and water are across from the reservoir with the fuel. The reservoirs are placed on the undercarriage of the car.

The main economic advantages and benefits associated with the offered vehicle are the cost savings with comparison to traditional methods, high performance achieved within reasonable time and low maintenance costs.
This environmentally friendly solution also allows to reduce the number of waste dumps.
