A company from Poland active in the IT industry for several years has developed a technological platform for the audio file exchange between such organizations as radio stations, enabling unlimited exchange of audio files, recording of such occurrences, and a clearing system for the entities applying the system. The English-language version of the platform is available. The company is looking for License Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, Commercial Agreement with Technical Assistance.

Audio file exchange technology for the radio stations is a system enabling share of audio files among the authorized system users. It transforms the source file to the flat MP3 file, and makes it available for other users.

Additionally, after logging in, it enables upload and download of files. At the same time the system records all occurrences and enables clearing between the system users, i.e. it counts all uploaded and downloaded files.

The system has been successfully used by Polish Radio Regional Stations. It can be applied as:
- audio commercial distribution centre within the network of stations
- audio material exchange centre between the branches or co-operating stations
- on-line catalogue of audio files
Modified system can also be used for other types of files, e.g. graphic files.

Aspects innovants

The system is a concept of a new channel of distribution of audio materials produced by various radio stations. It provides a simple and transparent clearing system between the partners participating in the system and access to a number of audio materials, thus enhancing the offer. It enables the share of materials among the stations aimed at specific language groups and operating abroad. The uploaded files are available 24/7.
