A Polish company manufacturing furniture is looking for a drilling-milling centre to develop the company's range of activities. The new machine would be used mainly to produce kitchen furniture's fronts. The company is looking for a commercial agreement with technical consultancy.

The processing centre is a machine, which enables to carry out many technological operations with preserving good quality parameters. The greatest advantages of this machine are: the possibility of three axes X,Y,Z which means unlimited possibilities of machine configuration and guarantees high precision of processing, high quality products, flexibility and reliability.

Rich equipment and advanced software will allow to carry out many complicated activities. The high precision is obtained by using electronic steering system. It should be a highly innovative machine (in a global scale). The innovative centre should be equipped with the most advanced devices, safety mats (in loading and processing zone), high barrier which prevents access to moving machines elements, gateway (secured by lock with a circuit connected to a safety circuit), working head protection (equipped with a curtain which prevents getting of dangerous waste outside the working zone), a system which maintains proper position of the processed elements even after machine emergency turn-off, safety switches (localized on a controlling cabinet and remote controller. The machine should have also a system of returning to the interrupted processing. The system is applicable in case of an emergency stop. The sought processing centre would contribute to greater competitiveness of the company on the local market.

Technical Specifications / Specific technical requirements:
The sought machine should have the following parameters:
- Working table with 6 beams and 18 suction cups,
- Vacuum pump with capacity of 200-300m3/h,
- Profiled linear bearings - according to DIN645 system,
- Rotational suckers  stroke 15 degrees,
- Computer-supported positioning,
- Conflict control system with a working table
